Booking On Line: If you are attempting to book your private charter on line within 24 hours of trip date please call us directly for availability and assistance.

What to Bring: You will need to bring a cooler with anything you would like to eat and drink, along with any personal items (camera, sunglasses, sunscreen, Dramamine, lip balm, rain ponchos, etc.). Box lunches and/or coolers with drinks can be prearranged at an additional charge.

Methods of Payment Private Charter: Payment in full is due at the time of reservation. You will then receive an email confirmation detailing boat assignment, directions and check-in procedures. We accept all 4 credit cards. There will be a 5% convenience fee added to the total for using credit card.

Changes/Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be made by speaking directly with a representative which will be followed by an emailed confirmation of the change and/or cancellation. If you book your Private Charter within 7 calendar days of the scheduled trip you are obligated. In the event that you do not cancel more than 7 days in advance or fail to show up for your charter, you will not receive a refund. This cancellation policy applies to all reservations made in person, on-line or by phone. Any changes are subject strictly to availability and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Additional Policies:

  • 15-20% Gratuity considered standard for your first mate
  • Boat assignments not guaranteed/subject to change
  • ALL weather cancellations determined by the captain
  • Charter boats set the rates & they can vary
